-  schedule a get-to-know you consultation, we want to understand the heart behind your event

 

in the months leading up to your event:

-  assist with location scouting

-  manage your budget

-  assist with all travel details and bookings including lodging, dinner and activities

-  arrange catering, dessert, + drinks

-  vet + book all vendors, including but not limited to: photographer, videographer, officiant, musicians, hair and make-up, transportation, rentals + florals, etc.

-  acquire all necessary permits or licenses 

-  create a personalized moodboard for every visual aspect of event

-  mock-up a tablescape / any custom stationary

-  communicate with all vendors, so you aren't responding to daily emails + phone calls

day-of:

-  greet wedding vendors as they arrive and receive deliveries

-  act as the day-of contact for all vendors

-  personally style your event, ensuring all is as planned

-  set-up and breakdown all design elements / rentals

-  provide styling services + coordination
